Domestic Violence C1017 | 2 Hrs

This course will discuss ways to recognize abuse, describe psychodynamic intervention techniques used with perpetrators, identify available community resources for victims and their families, discuss cultural factors that may contribute to an abusive relationship, and describe the dynamics within an abusive same sex relationship, among other relevant topics.
